Phone systems

3CX, from planning to day-to-day operation.

Your landline number rings wherever you are: desk phone, PC, mobile. By the hotel pool too, if you really want to be reachable there. Planning, porting and day-to-day operation all covered.

in the cloud

A system of your own, with no box in the office.

With myPBX your 3CX runs on a server in Switzerland, for your company alone, with backups and updates. The phone line stays with whichever provider you choose. Phones, announcements with an AI voice, AI agents and answers to common questions are on mypbx.li (in German).

Step by step

How the switch works.

Calls, video meetings, chat and queues then run in one system, with Microsoft Teams integration if you want it.

switch · stepsmicrocom

  • 01 Porting from analogue or ISDN to a SIP trunk, Sipcall for instance
  • 02 Installing the system, on your premises or in the cloud
  • 03 Configuration to match how you work
  • 04 Desk phones and headsets by Snom or Yealink, delivered and set up
  • 05 Training for your staff
  • 06 Connecting it to your CRM
beyond the standard

What else it can do.

  • Across borders. The system sits in Switzerland, the staff sit in Germany, the trunk comes from the US — to 3CX that is one system. Sites dial each other internally. Depending on the country, a number abroad is possible too, without keeping an office there; we check beforehand whether that is allowed.
  • Calls reach the right team. Based on the caller's number, a call goes straight to the people responsible, with no transferring.
  • When the system is not enough. 3CX has an open interface. If a function is missing, a tool gets built that talks to the system directly.
